Evesham Angling Festival, is a three day event fished over August Bank Holiday each year, it remains the UK’s premier river fishing competition, celebrating its 43rd year in 2021. Featuring three days of elite river competition angling with a pairs match, individual championship and team contest. In addition to some top-class angling, the venue boasts an angling retail village with bar, food and entertainment. (Subject to government covid-19 guidelines.) To take part, anglers are required to qualify in one of the twenty-four qualifying matches held throughout the year and can be booked here.
The Festival takes place on The Warwickshire Avon at Evesham, with qualifiers fished along the festival stretch and two matches at Twyford fisheries (The Valley).
Draw for qualifiers (Except Twyford) take place at Hampton Ferry, Boat Lane, Evesham, WR114BP Between 9am and 10am.

Overall prize money for this prestigious event exceeded £50,000 in 2020. With £23,350 paid out over the Festival weekend.
